Injection molding grades of thermoplastic polyester based upon polyethylene terephthalate (PET) reinforced with glass fiber features outstanding dimensional stability with low water absorption.
30 - 55% glass fiber loadings are available which produce very high stiffness and strength with very good heat and chemical resistance. Molded parts are unaffected by moisture and retain their "as-molded" properties.
