Glass fiber is used for reinforcing nylon 66 for various injection molding applications which require high modulus, tensile and impact strength. The addition of glass fiber improves HDT and dimensional stability while reducing mold shrinkage and cycle time.
Various loadings ranging from 5 - 60 % are commonly used to meet a specific end use requirement.
