Products based upon unfilled Polyethylene Teraphthalate (PET) resin used for injection molding. High melting points of 245 degrees C and very high elongation result in good toughness and mechanical properties. Clear moldings can be obtained if low mold temperatures are used. Hot molds will allow the parts to fully crystallize and develop good solvent resistance.
These resins are ecologically sound and are readily reclaimed and reused in packaging and secondary markets worldwide.
