Wellman offers a range of injection molding grades based upon polyamide 6 resins that may contain a variety of non-typical and specialty additives designed to meet specific end use requirements. Silicone and PTFE combined with glass fiber and mineral reinforcements are used to reduce wear and friction while maintaining excellent chemical and heat resistance.
All grades feature high strength and stiffness and have the ability to produce molded parts with a resin rich surface finish for good appearance.
